1 wk less till sch reopens:( owell. xmas isnt here yet... so i shldnt be worrying abt anything sch related. anyway... hehe didnt have the chance to blog abt yesterday... its definitely more interesting than wads going to happen today. i foresee myself staying at home this entire day doing nothing but eating sleeping n being online. and expecting an impt phone call frm overseas. hehz. yesterday wasnt too bad... went out bowling at a PRIVATE alley... in my aunts condo... 1hour... 2 whole lanes to the 4 member family of mine:) it was amusing seeing how my parents reacted to their strikes spares n longkangs... how competitive my mum was n how badly she wanted to beat my dad in terms of scores... and how my dad reacted to the fact that she did... both of them did pretty well though... i have yet to catch up... my highest that day was 80 something... my lowest... 60 something... a bit sad right. haha.at least i had 1 strike. my sisters scores like mine were pretty inconsistent as well. thats a consolation... :pafter the morning stuff we went to the commandos camp... visit my uncle... he was the organizer of this competition thingy... the guys had to do all kinds of obstacles at diff stations... the usual NS stuff... the high walls... wading thru muddy stuff... running long distances carrying huge bags of stuff... walking on a cable... putting each other on drips...(that was scary to watch) haha i heard some were a little afraid... though they are supposedly the elite... not too bad though... they can go thru all that tiring stuff for few hours... we guests just rode ard in the truck... got off at each station... walked thru that muddy water in my favourite wedge heels... tried carrying some machine guns... which were DAMN freakin heavy...
after seeing wad these guys have to go thru... im really glad im not one... no NS for me:) though some of my aunts were commenting on how gd it would be to put their sons thru this kind of rigourous training...i sooo agree... it would definitely make men out of some of those wimpy boys i see at school... and going thru all that commando training makes them all buff and tanned. very eye opening experience... seldom get to go to a place where most of the guys look so good... sans shirts:) its not everyday a girl gets to see what military camps look like...
